HEALING PHILSOPHY AND APPROACH
Jean-Louis believes that by eliminating unnecessary burdens and restoring the original blueprint of health through harmony and balance, we can achieve greater health and happiness as we mature gracefully from one stage of life to the next.
Originally from France, Jean-Louis moved to California in 1984 after spending 14 years in Australia where he began his studies in acupuncture and oriental medicine. In 1991, Jean-Louis graduated from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Santa Fe, NM with Master's degrees in Acupuncture (M.Ac.) and Oriental Medicine (MAOM).
In the early days of his acupuncture practice, Jean-Louis discovered Laser Therapy when one of his daughters developed Bell's Palsy. Unable to find an effective treatment for the facial paralysis, Cold Laser Therapy was introduced; resulting with the complete healing of the facial nerves. After having his own positive first-hand experience with laser therapy, Jean-Louis began studying & treating a variety of patients' ailments with Cold Lasers and eventually Class- IV Therapeutic Lasers. FDA approved in 2015, Jean-Louis is now providing healing sessions with NATL-Class IV Therapeutic Lasers on Maui, HI, where he currently lives.
